This weeks word is laughter. What is laughter? Laughter is the sound of joy, happiness, and peace. Proverbs 31:25 says, "She is clothed in dignity; she can laugh at the days to come." Learn how to laugh at yourself. Instead of being sad, and filled with worry or fear, just be happy. Did you know, that it is easier to smile than to frown. It only takes 22 muscles to smile, and 37 muscles to frown. So smile, it conserves energy, and, it is better for you. Be happy, everyone enjoys laughter. Don't ignore the opportunities you get to laugh. It doesn't mean that you won't be sad, but others will ALWAYS be there to help you when you are down. So just learn to laugh at your troubles, and you'll find they're not so troublesome after all.
