A SURPRISE ENCOUNTER!

We just had the most amazing thing happen on our drive home. We wanted Mexican food for dinner (not surprising for any of you that know our family well), so I googled Mexican places in Louisville since we were passing through there at dinner time on our way back to Nashville. We found this random placed called Mi Cocina on Fourth and stopped in. As we were paying our check, we started talking t...o the hostess/cashier and found out her three-year-old daughter has been battling cancer since she was four-months-old. Thankfully, she's in remission now!!! The only Bows & Ballcaps things we still had with us were a few Disney character stuffed animals. We asked the mom what her daughter's favorite characters are, and she said Minnie Mouse and Ariel. And of the 10 stuffed animals we had in the car, we had one of each!! What is the likelihood!! So we ran back inside and gave her one of each for her sweet daughter, Aubrey. I'm amazed everyday at the opportunities God puts in front of us if we will take the time to talk and listen and be willing to act. We hope that Aubrey loves her new special friends tonight!! And we are so thankful for every moment and opportunity to pass it on. Just a wonderful end to an action packed weekend.
