Last week, I was invited to speak to an awesome group of Girl Scout Brownies at Oak Hill School in Nashville. The girls were so nice, cute, funny, sweet, and loving, and I had so much fun meeting them all. It was the perfect visit. They listened so well when I told them the story of BOWS & BALLCAPS, and then they put together care packages for us. The coolest thing by far was the fact that two of the people there had had cancer. One of the girls, May, had cancer and lost all of her hair. Her story was so interesting, and she also showed me a picture of herself when she was had lost her hair from the treatments (she was featured in a poster for St. Jude Children's Hospital.) Their troop leader has also had cancer this year. I'm so happy both of them have fought cancer and won!!! Thank you all for a wonderful visit, and I hope to be able to visit with you again!. And thank you for the awesome care packages. The kids will LOVE them.. -&-HannaH-&-
